ComfortDisc is the new name in comfort and efficiency and air cleanliness launching at PlanExpo – EcoBuild (November 3rd to 5th 2009 at the RDS, Dublin, Ireland)
With increasing concern over swine flu and other air borne containments, air filtration and UV sterilization of air are now seen as the solution to eliminating the virus within buildings
This particularly useful in bathrooms and shower areas where conditions are suitable toinduce large amounts bacteria in the air

This innovative heating, air conditioning and heat recovery system is suitable for residential, commercial and school buildings. Clean filtered and sterilised air is delivered via a small diameter duct distribution system. High efficient fan motors create the necessary air flow and it is delivered from 125mm diameter discs via ducting.
ComfortDisc can provide heating, cooling, air filtration, fresh air, dehumidification, humidification and air sterilization . ComfortDisc eliminates the use of radiators, under floor heating, ductless split systems and fan coils.
Using a combination of compact modules and accessories a complete indoor comfort and air quality system can be assembled. ComfortDisc can use a variety of heat sources including hot water from oil, gas or wood pellet boilers, ground source or air source heat pumps.
